Chronic prostatitis symptoms overlap with those of BPH.  They can also include pelvic pain, pain in the tip of the penis, pain or discomfort in the lower back, perineum, testicles, epididymis and upper thighs.  Also, a burning sensation when urinating and a vague sense of discomfort when ejaculating.
